Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up entirely of volunteers who serve our community in a variety of ways.Our Board consists of seven members from the SHM community:

Want to serve your community and join the Board?
Elections are held at the annual meeting, set for the third Monday in March each year. The Nominating Committee is defined by the Bylaws, section VII as being responsible for nominations. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the Annual meeting.
Applications must be submitted to the office by February 1st to be considered for election.
Only members are allowed to be board members. The declaration of covenants defines in section 7 “Owner shall mean the record owner, whether one or more persons or entities, of a fee simple title to any lot which is part of the Properties”
Also,the Bylaws state in article VII that the “Nominating Committee shall make as many nominations for election to the bard as it shall in its discretion determine, but not less than the number of vacancies that are to be filled. Nominees include only members who are residents of Sewickley Heights Manor.”
